The Spanish insurance broker has signed an agreement to transfer 100% of its capital to BMS
BMS, London-based independent specialty insurance and reinsurance broker, has signed an agreement to acquire the Spanish broker Eisenar, founded in 2001 and specialized in industrial risks and professional sports insurance, as well as hotel and restaurant insurances, agricultural insurance, surety, renewable energy, cyber, construction and manufacturing solutions.
Eisenar, with a second office in Madrid, will be directed by Carlos Sánchez-Belda and María del Mar Sánchez-Belda, currently CEO and managing director, respectively.
This agreement is subject to regulatory approval by the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones (DGSFP).
