Evergreen Legal has advised Tresmares Capital on its acquisition of a strategic stake in Grupo Alcoaxarquia, a leading international group in the production and commercialization of avocados, citrous and eco-fruits and that is present in different countries around the world.
Tresmares is focused on investing in leading companies in their sectors of activity to support them in the development of their business plan, and Evergreen Legal has been in charge of advising the company.
